This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with a new and emerging brand and company. Collaborating with our Marketing Manager, this unique position will learn to leverage marketing tools to build our brand, deliver a world class customer experience, and generate new opportunities to connect with consumers online via Take Two’s social and digital channels. As an essential function of our Marketing team, this role will build awareness around the movement towards a sustainable food system and future.

The Responsibilities

  • Assist Take Two’s Marketing Manager with key marketing activities and brand campaign initiatives (i.e. ideation, writing creative briefs, supporting existing strategies, and connecting the dots with other Take Two areas).
  • Support marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Assist in the creation of email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Lead content planning and copywriting for social media.
  • Develop content to support Take Two’s website and other digital communications.
  • Actively engage with brand partners to build relationships and momentum around the upcycled foods movement.
  • Collect industry trends and insights to inform our innovation, marketing, and brand development.
  • Assist with updating the website in collaboration with Marketing Manager, creative agency, and eComm agency.
  • Help grow, expand, and accelerate partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors whom reflect Take Two’s values and community-building efforts.
  • Help plan and grow our Take Two Ambassador Program.
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and targets across marketing platforms (email, SMS, Shopify, affiliate platform, social media).
  • Strong project management skills including ability to drive timelines, processes, results and next steps.
  • Support customer experience by communicating to customers in alignment with Take Two’s values, voice, and brand.
  • Collaborate with Take Two’s Marketing teams to build a world class customer experience for all online orders placed on Take Two’s website, Amazon, and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Manage the back-end of Take Two’s ordering platforms, ensuring timely delivery of orders and prompt communication with customers, notifying customers of any issues with orders and ensuring 100% customer happiness.
  • Manage Take Two’s customer service email account, answering all customer inquiries, questions, and/or problems within 24 hours or less of receiving the customer inquiry.
  • Develop a thorough database of answers to customers’ Frequently Asked Questions in line with Take Two’s core value to Deliver Extraordinary to our customers.
  • Collaborate with Take Two's Marketing Manager to create sample kits for sales meetings, influencers, media opportunities, and for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Take Two’s Marketing Manager to learn and build Take Two’s digital marketing capability, including analytics, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, A/B testing, and more.
  • Utilize digital marketing capabilities to grow brand awareness and drive initial trial and repeat of Take Two products with new customers via Take Two’s online store, Amazon, and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Explore new modes of delivering world class customer experience, including text message ordering and text message customer support.
  • Create awareness for Take Two’s new line of shelf-stable products online and in coffee shops; assist in the launch of Take Two’s Barista product in the market.
